Madrid has welcomed the Neapolitan tradition of pizza with great enthusiasm and Riccardo and Vittorio have brought in the technique and flavours of Naples. In addition to the pizzeria, the owners also manage a Trattoria Popolare where diners find well-executed and authentic dishes. The pies show off a thick rim and an airy and fragrant crust, typical of Neapolitan pizzas. Meals can start with a good interpretation of the fried pizza, continue with a tasty La Provola e Pepe pizza with tomato sauce, smoked provola, grated Parmigiano cheese, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil and basil; and end with excellent cannoli.
