Their mini pastries, each of which is carefully prepared, will catch your eye as well. The repertoire of cakes varies with the seasonal availability of the ingredients. During summer you'll find the fresh Tentazione alla fragola ("Strawberry Temptation") made with a soft, lemon biscuit base, mascarpone ganache, strawberry and raspberry confit and strawberry mousse. Their vanilla Bourbon, on the other hand, can be appreciated year round, thanks to alluring and intense notes that embellish the Chantilly cream used in their classics, from millefeuille to fruit tarts. Spectacular cakes for special occasions, from cream tarts to decorated versions, are available on request.
