Gianni Favro is a local icon. Originally from Friuli and self-taught, he opened his first restaurant in 1996. The restaurant quality has been improving ever since. He started most likely the best Italian restaurant in the city, and one of the best Italian cuisine in Asia. Excellent ingredients, clean flavors, and an ever-changing menu. Fine dining service, elegant and refined place location. Great attention to detail, extremely well-stocked wine list with 300 Italian labels, and affordable prices despite the exorbitant local wine tax.
