Incredible and romantic together the history of the Great Coffee L'Aquila of Philadelphia. This restaurant is the perfect reproduction of the Gran Caffè collapsed in the tragic earthquake of L'Aquila. The high quality and autentically Italian cuisine is interpreted in a detail oriented manner according to the indications of Riccardo Longo, patron of Italian origin: the roast lamb skewers (arrosticini) seem to come from the kitchens of a trabocco rather than from the stove of a restaurant in the heart of what was the first capital of the States. The extra-virgin olive oil is of great quality as well as the coffee served which, thanks to the different toasting,is perhaps the best that can be tasted in North America. The ice cream is perfect thanks to the great ability of Stefano Biasini, who arrived in Pennsilvanya with a title of world champion in ice cream. Extensive and deep wine list.
