Talented young chef Mattia Agazzi leads the first restaurant of Massimo Bottura in the U.S. The location is bright and elegant, with an eye on details. From the menu we recommend the super classic tortellini in parmigiano reggiano sauce or the Risotto Camouflaged as Pizza, where two great classics recipes from Italy are united in one stunning dish. The wine list is definitely accurated, with many gems and small Italian vignerons which are very hard to find in town.
