Niko Romito is the visionary chef who has taken his philosophy and interpretation of Italian cuisine around the globe, in restaurants ranging from Dubai, to Beijing, Tokyo and now Paris. The restaurant is located inside the luxurious Bulgari Hotel, furnished with care and elegance. The dining experience is all about offering a contemporary Italian cuisine, but true to its Italian identity. The team is led by executive chef Davide Capucchio, a chef from Turin who has worked in Niko Romito's restaurant in Shanghai.
