Mattarello is a certainty in the Torvehallerne market since 2014. This pasta workshop offers exquisite cappelletti or tonnarelli to go or to be enjoyed on the spot. We highly recommend the carbonara: just try to focus on the flavor of the pork cheek and of the egg to understand what it is all about. The tonnarelli cacio e pepe cooked to perfection are just as good, seasoned with mixed peppercorns for a longer finish that will bring you a little closer to Rome. A couple of wine labels and a few beers on the drinks menu.
