In recent years, famous Sicilian chef Nino Graziano has become increasingly passionate about pizza. In his very central restaurant steps away from the Bolshoi theater, the Red Square and the Kremlin, we find this large bistro with a menu dedicated to Sicilian cuisine, but not only, with an increasingly central role dedicated to pizza art thanks to the work of pizza chef Stefano Prosperini. Among ceramics and a nice alcohol counter, during our visit we tasted a Margherita with anchovies and capers, paired with a bottle from a very small wine producer from Northern Piedmont, found on the pizzeria's refined wine list full of surprises. From the kitchen, the vitello tonnato and the final cannoli complete a positive picture.
