A killer pizza at a stone's throw from famous South Beach. Giovanni Gagliardi has brought an excellent model of Neapolitan pizza, direct dough and directly imported quality ingredients: lightness and fragrance. The pizzas are baked to perfection in a traditional wood-burning oven and at the table they show off a thick and airy crust. Meals may start with a tasty montanara and continue with a Mistica pizza, with spicy salami, ricotta, sautéed artichokes and yellow cherry tomatoes. The cuisine is also worth trying, the spaghetti alla luciana is excellent, as is the panuozzo with sausage, broccoli rabe and smoked provola di bufala.
The best pizzerias are marked with 1,2,3 'spicchi' according to their quality grades.
