A restaurant by Federico Zanellato, a very talented chef and owner of the gourmet restaurant LuMi and Karl Firla, who already had experience in Italian dining in Sydney with places such as Bacco Osteria. Open a few days before the lockdown, it was able to relaunch itself this summer with a formula that includes dining and a Roman pizza by the slice with all the trappings of the genre, excellent flours, precise baking and top-quality ingredients. The cuisine is also excellent and what a beautiful wine cellar!
