Lucio De Falco's name is now associated with quality Neapolitan pizza in Sydney. He opened his first restaurant in the Darlinghurst district in 2008 and in 2015, given his success, he relaunched with a second pizzeria in Zetland. The popularity of his pizza is to be found in an airy and soft, well-balanced and fragrant pizza dough. We found the Filetto pizza convincing, with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, rocket, prosciutto and flaked Parmigiano. To start the meal, don't forget to order the trio of Neapolitan fried foods consisting of crocchè, arancini and montanare. A good selection of Italian wine labels complete the offer.
The best pizzerias are marked with 1,2,3 'spicchi' according to their quality grades.
