And passion, an indispensable element to articulate a wine list, with also valid by-the-glass proposals, such as the wine list offered here by Diego Dequi: wide, refined, with Italian and foreign references and a particular predilection for Burgundy, Piedmont and bubbles in general, represented by a significant selection of Champagne. A proposal which is happily accompanied by a short and constantly changing menu consisting mainly of tapas (such as the crostone with Cantabrian anchovies and pimiento piquillo chillies) and a few dishes.
