Description

Neapolitan transplanted to Miami (not without having first worked in New York) Luigi Sebastiano is the creator of this Neapolitan pizzeria that recounts the flavours of Naples through family recipes and products coming directly from Campania. Polpo alla luciana, parmigiana di melanzane polpette (grandma's!) are the side dishes on the menu of the pizza, Neapolitan style offered in classic variations, with a white or red base. There is no shortage of pasta dishes, Campania-inspired sandwiches (such as panuozzo salsiccia e fiarielli) and salads to accompany wines and drinks. Desserts, also from Campania, such as the ever-present pastiera.
