Materia, located in the heart of Vienna, is the project of Stefano Patelli and Francesca de Rossi, who propose a quality and seasonal offer with selected Italian products, without any compromise in terms of taste and recipes. In particular, the handmade pasta is exceptional, from cappelletti to tortelli or ravioli, the carbonara is stellar, while the cooking methods betray correct timing and quality in the search for Ingredients. Good drinking, too. Few seats, lots of humanity and flavour. Well done!
