Along with the restaurant, the Cerea family owns this bistrot, doubling its signature Italian cuisine offerings in Shangai, but giving a different kind of experience. New Wave combines the contemporary art museum reality of UCCA Edge, located in the same building, and the good food of the Cerea family. For the most part, the dishes start out from tradition and then churn into conceptual experimentation and artistic elaboration by Chef Francesco Bonvini. A plus in the offer of the bistro is the well-selected wine list that is the result of the hard work and research of Camilla Mora, restaurant manager, and sommelier.
