Situated in the city center, just a short drive from the motorway (and nearby airport), this pleasant restaurant stands out for its fine selection of quality ingredients and dishes. Here, in fact, you'll find traditional recipes as well as original creations nicely suited to the setting (and appreciated by the palate). Things start off well with cold cuts and mixed vegetables, then comes creamed cod, broccoli pie with taleggio sauce, artichoke pie, guinea fowl stuffed with chestnuts and rennet apples, baked rabbit and a delicious trifle to top it all off. Friendly, helpful service and the cellar (including many wines that represent good value for the money) do the rest.
The best trattorias/bistrots are marked with 1,2,3 shrimps according to their quality grades.
