“Nothing of value can be lost by wasting time”: the luminous sign placed inside the restaurant by the owner Marco Loreto Iacobelli hits the target. Delightful welcome and authentic flavours characterise this place. Dishes are presented with simplicity and linearity, always enhancing the raw material without any contamination to satisfy Scottish palates. The menu’s specialty that amazed us was the so-called “pinsa”, a different kind of pizza originating in Rome, characterised by its oval shape and a particular type of dough which makes the pinsa light, very crisp and tasty. Another happy choice on the menu, in regards to desserts, is the classic tiramisu, prepared with a wonderful and softly mascarpone cheese: definitely take your time to savour it.
