Alberico Penati is constantly looking for the pleasures of the table. The teenage dream of plunging headlong into the world of catering became reality with the first apprenticeship in a restaurant in Lecco, far from his family in Brianza, that ensured him collaborations in the most prestigious restaurants worldwide. Then, in 2014 he opened his restaurant in Paris, where he started delighting his customers with creative dishes made with top-notch products from every Italian region. The ingredients are carefully sourced, including Felicetti pasta, Mantuan pumpkin, Piedmont hazelnuts, meat selections and Alba white truffle dishes. The wine list pays tribute to great Italian names, with as many as 250 labels from renowned companies.
