We can surely say that Percorso delivers one of the most refined and contemporary Italian cuisine in Russia. Located inside the elegant Four Seasons Hotel, it displays an extensive menu, covering raw crudi di mare, soups, a good array of pastas. Valerio Andrisani proved to be a very talented young chef. The quality of the ingredients is high, flavours are clean and well articulated. Start with classic vitello tonnato or deep fried gnocco toppe with ham and parmigiana, or a yellowfin tuna tartare. Homemade filled pasta are extremely good, light and cooked just right. From the main course selection, grilled aged beef and sea bream in herbs and sea salt crust lead the way. The service is very attentive and professional. Very deep wine list with remarkable mark-ups.
