The heart and owner of the restaurant is chef Emanuele Pollini. Born in Cesena, he opened the restaurant in 2023, after a long journey in some of the best Italian cuisines. The menu brings the chef's national cuisine tradition back to Notting Hill, with dishes with a Mediterranean flavor created with seasonal products of the highest quality. Italian cuisine is filtered by the creativity of the chef who enriches it with a personal touch making it modern and traditional at the same time.
