This corner of Venetian countryside, on the border with Treviso, hosts a restaurant whose rooms are decorated with trim, classic,reassuring taste. A professional wait staff introduces you to a rather wide-ranging menu that centers on seafood, though has carefully chosen options for carnivores and vegetarians as well. Amidst classics and new creations conceived by Raffaele Ros, you'll find delicious scampo alla "busara", gnocchi alla veneziana (taken from an old, early-20th century recipe), prawns and cauliflower, and pigeon in three servings. There are three tasting menus (which can be accompanied by wines by the glass): "tra crudo e cotto" (€120); "i classici" (€85) or "natural-mente" without meat (€65). Nice wines from the fridge and cellar.
