A very recent opening. Launched in 2021, this restaurant has put its core business in its name: freshly made pasta. The renowned dish of Italian cuisine can be enjoyed here and is served in different forms and flavors. But also charcuterie boards, pizza, and much more. We recommend trying the Pappardelle with pork Ragu or Pici alla Gricia, a simple and tasty Roman recipe made with pancetta and pecorino cheese. The desserts are also very tasty: we ordered an excellent tiramisu and a pleasant Sicilian cannolo.
