On top of Nob Hill, Serafina manages to take the flavors of the chef's homeland and transport them intact to San Francisco. Not only pasta, but also delicious “pinse” (Roman-style pizza) and tasty traditional desserts. The wine list is well selected with a good list of Italian labels from well-known and other lesser-known producers.
