The name "Signorvino" has proven appropriate, considering just how much the business has grown and expanded. New locations are on the agenda, two of the most recent in Milan, in Corso Garibaldi, and a third (the other is in via Preare) here, in via Mazzini 6. But this isn't a carbon-copy wine shop franchise. It's a broad-based project aimed at promoting wine culture, and each location has its own unique identity, notwithstanding certain underlying principles: attention to the customer (with wine specialists on hand for advice), efficient delivery, attention to biodynamic producers, well-studied gastronomy ranging from quality products to carefully-prepared, seasonal cuisine for aperitifs or even a proper meal. And, of course, a list of wines that will satisfy any palate.
The best wine list are marked with 1,2,3 bottles according to their quality grades.
