Something different. Mauro di Maia, chef and owner, has been working the kitchen for quite a while gathering experience and ability. The restaurant has a modern-industrial style furniture, displaying a very wide selection of wine on the shelves. Well made traditional Italian recipes comes flying from the kitchen and are delivered to the tables. Of course pasta dishes are worth trying, such as Spaghetti all’Amatriciana or Agnolotti del Plin, but we found very good the Duo di Capretto in Salsa di Canonau (goat with Canonau sauce). A good selection of wine labels ranging from North to South Italy completes the package.
