What a brilliant start. Recently opened in the Jardim Analia Franco neighborhood, Temperani Cucina is a proper restaurant and at the same a fine pizzeria. The merit goes to chef Antonio Maiolica, native of Salerno. He delivers a tasty interpretation of traditional Neapolitan-style pizza: a nice crunchy, yet soft edge made with high-quality ingredients. The result of the long levitation of the dough is a fragrant and tasteful bite that takes you to Naples. We suggest you try the traditional Margherita, but also the other Italian-inspired dishes available on the menu. The space is bright, the service professional and attentive.
