Paolo Montanari has been a truly pioneer opening an Italian Restaurant (Capri) in the heart of Stockholm almost 50 years ago. The new generation is now guiding a solid trattoria style restaurant with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Among the classics, we point out the vitello tonnato, a weel cooked risotto or the melanzane alla parmigiana. Leave some space for the tiramisù or the affogato al caffè. The all Italian wine list is definitely improving, we were surprised to see some very rare bottles, from Gravner to some not easy to find Barolo or lovely Fiano di Avellino.
