There is no shortage of fine pizzerias in Vancouver. This particular one was opened by the Morra brothers, first generation Canadian of Italian origins. The Neapolitan pizza ritual is fully respected starting from the traditional oven and the ingredients used. We tasted a fine Napoletana with anchovies, which followed a good mixed fried vegetable platter. Laid back service and vivacious ambiance. A selection of craft beers and Italian wines complete the experience. No reservations, so the queues are long on weekends.
The best pizzerias are marked with 1,2,3 'spicchi' according to their quality grades.
