While the spotlight is on their homegrown champion, Lison, they also experiment with varietals such as pinot nero and offer intriguing interpretations of Metodo Classico sparkling wine as well. A classic, elegant white, with the 2021 harvest the 150 put in a performance for the ages. Its elegant aromatic expression sees white fruit merging with floral notes, while in the mouth, the wine gracefully and decisively unfolds, revealing a lean body and a crisp profile. The permanent addition of daughter Rebecca to the winery has led to the birth of the L'Enologa '20, a blend of tai and chardonnay with a supple, delicate profile, and the Imagine '18, a highly elegant sparkler based on chardonnay and pinot noir.
