This year, all the wines, whites and reds alike, exhibit commendable consistency, expressing that precious bond between terroir and grape. The Quèto '21, a grillo, offers a broad and pervasive aromatic profile, bringing together tropical aromas of mango and papaya with hints of plum, jasmine, and broom. Balanced and harmonious, in the mouth it masterfully blends delicate acidity and pronounced sapidity.
