Dosage Zéro Naturae '16 earned the winery yet another Tre Bicchieri. The Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Nero that make up the cuvée are grown partly on rocky limestone soils, and partly on moraine soils. You will be struck by its slender but authoritative profile, a clean wine with elegant fruity and citrus nuances, and a slight fragrant aroma of mint that makes it irresistible.
