Despite a bad vintage in 2014, a masterpiece was created. The Pilin, a pure Cortese, is the result of a rigorous selection of the best grapes on the estate, which are then left to dry for a period of about 30 days. Extremely elegant, complex, multifaceted wine, and at the same time fine taste with dried herbs and cereal aromas on notes of incense. Amazingly powerful, with an endless finish on the palate.
