More than eight years after the vintage, Vervè still has a lot to say. A blend of Pinot Nero (50%) and the remainder divided between Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay, it is aged for 60 months on the lees before being released to the market. Complex on the nose, with notes of pastries and yellow fruit, it has a full creamy and savoury mouthfeel, and a fresh finish.
